Alice & Olivier De Moor Le Vendangeur Masqué Bourogne Blanc 2022

This is one of Alice and Olivier's négoce bottlings –  using organically farmed grapes from trusted growers and produced using the same low-intervention methods they employ for their domaine wines. It's a chardonnay from quite far north, in Auxerre, and it's just mmmmm, with notes of lemon tart and green apple, a hint of salt, taut acid and a lively mineral thrum.
