Champagne-method English sparkling wine from the chalky soils of the South Downs in East Sussex. Everflyht sets a high standard for sustainable viticulture in England, going as far as to work regeneratively across its 7ha of vineyards in a bit to revitalise soils and the local ecosystem. Made from estate-grown Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, the Brut NV is a model of elegance, with notes of mouthwatering notes of apple and lemon sherbet, and a fine creamy-mineral freshness.
