Pedro Olivares 1 Muscat Blanc d'Argila 2022

Liquid gold in the glass, this is an exceptionally more-ish skin-contact muscat. Not blousy or soapy as a lot of skinsy muscats tend to me; this is elegant and beautifully balanced, with a touch of richness to the fruit, but supreme drinkability. Notes of quince, bruised apple, orange blossom and fennel, and good soft yet grippy texture. Perfect wine spicy Thai flavours or fatty pork dishes.
