Thymiopoulos Atma White 2023

This is a beautiful blend of malagousia (think the lovely bergamot, floral aromatics of muscat) and xinomavro (a Naoussan red grape that has been directly pressed to give white juice). It's crisp, dry and zesty like a Muscadet, but with a certain waxy citrus-rosemary oil honeyed depth that's all Greek. A wine that twinkles with mouthwatering Mediterranean sunshine-y goodness.
