Tony Bornard Les Gaudrettes Troisième Tirage 2018

The third release of Tony Bornard's Les Gaudrettes, a wine produced from biodynamically farmed chardonnay grown on marl soil. Expect invigorating energy and bright, citrusy acidity with notes of bruised orchard fruits, pastry and salted almonds. 

PS: I don't think the animal on the label looks anything like a fox.
